I have a friend who is a provider and saw clients up until she reached her third trimester. By her account, she did very well while she was pregnant.  

I've also seen very obviously pregnant ladies do well! Pregnant women are often very horny so it makes sense to me!

I completely cosign with the ladies above. A colleague of ours that I am close to is pregnant and working. She's still doing very well. While biology was not my major (my minor), there is enough research out there backing up the visible signs of fertility and attractiveness. Biologically, there are so many things that we are naturally attracted to; however, we have been conditioned over time to not always consciously recognize.

Two things for me, I love the swollen breasts but I want her to have an obvious, noticeable baby bump and although I'd enjoy it well into her pregnancy, I'm not sure if I'd enjoy it as much if she was almost ready to deliver and she was so pregnant that she was in great discomfort where she couldn't lie or breathe comfortably or couldn't easily rise from a kneeling position. If she's someone who I thought was hot anyway, my attraction for her would be amplified 5 to 10 times if she was preggo. I've just never been able to time it just right to see such a goddess from the time she advertises her good news until it's too late.

A few years ago, I contacted an agency and arranged for a lady to come visit me.  I wasn't told of her "condition."  I opened the door when she arrived and, damn, she had to be 8+ months pregnant.  I told her that I couldn't and she left.
