What struck me was her note regarding a discount for anyone between 20 & 40. Now, while I personally fall within that range, I'm curious if that wouldn't be a 'turn-off' to those gentlemen above the age of 40? It read to me like she really didn't care to see folks older than 40(certainly her right nonetheless).

Just curious if a comment like that would disuage individuals above that age from calling?

Maybe she thinks men over 40 are more affluent and can afford her already low rate.

At least that's the way I read it and it didn't put me off.

I would be much more put off by the   ""tips accepted""  than the age deal.

Maybe she figures that it will be more work with the older guys as we tend to take longer as we get older, or are more wise to the tricks of the trade girls use to get us out the door more quickly.  

A number of other oddities in this ad - use of texting, very low rate, tipping.  Buyer beware.
