I have email messaged for months  now with no answer and feel that she has quit or gone UTR....it is a shame cuz if that is who you are referring to, she was a beauty.....maybe her groomer A Stone would know cuz they used to do doubles together but even those sessions,  one would schedule it  to see Shyla as the reason to be there.......good luck.
