I've tried to contact this provider numerous times and they won't answer back, but others have had better luck. I don't want to sound like I'm stalking or anything it just seems like it will be an awesome time. When do you guys decide that enough is enough and move on ?

If you've tried numerous times to contact a provider through her preferred communication channels (try ALL of them, if she has more than one) with no response, that should be enough to tell you to move on.  And don't fret over WHY she never returned your messages.  Could be any number of reasons.  But in cases like this... the silence is deafening.

I've never seen her yet. She was somewhat easy to contact 3-4 months ago, but she has been getting a lot of reviews lately so perhaps she has been really busy? Try again. In the mean time, try Kaylee, Victoria, Gigi or Marabell, Tawni, etc...
