Note that on the current Top 10 posters list for the Minnesota discussion, there's only one provider and she's way down the list.  That Ms. Lake has a thick skin and great sense of humor, but I bet if we all work hard enough we can get her out of here too.  Whaddya say, gang?  Can we get that done for the new year?

Eerily creeped out being number 7 on your list.  I'd like to think I provide insightful commentary in a fair and even manner without being aggressive or offensive.  Or just Bwahaha humor!

I think there are really just a few posters that deserve all the credit.

This is quite a goal.  If you pull it off it should be on your resume right after lemonade stand when you were five.  Sorry but we're now dumber after reading your post.

OK, maybe there are officially only 2 board trolls and one annoying, yappy lil' lapdog who craves little pats on the head from his Masters but thoroughly enjoys pissing on the leg on any lady who dares to try to make this board a bit more interesting and inclusive. Vorlon and TwinCitiesGuy are specifically excluded from those to whom I'm referring as they are unquestionably the two most revered and enjoyable hobbyist posters on this board.  

Ever consider you could be deceiving yourself by failing to look at the OP's argument from other viewpoints?  I have an inbox full of reviewers who solicit my opinion on providers to see, providers to avoid, and other hobby topics to keep themselves safe and in the know.  There are also providers who do the same...ask me about things I know, people I know and the like.  Boy, I must serve some positive function in this community, only nobody wants to publicly admit it.

One cannot exist without the other. A hobbyist needs a provider to be a hobbyist and a provider needs clients to be a provider. Both points of view are valuable in the wholeness that is this hobby. Closed mindedness does not make for a good client or a good provider. The more open your mind, the better the trip to the Greek Isles.

I've been very spare with my posts here for quite some time.  I was told by several that I was too blunt, my reviews were too crude, and I was a troll.  I felt that the board was actually being taken over by white knights and that I should probably take a break to see if there was some truth to what they said.

On how the tighty white knighty BS impacts the cash paying client.  Too blunt...never.  Too crude...never.  Troll?  Well I guess the board mafia will determine that.  2late keep them balls close to you.  Your post is inspirational to the rest of us.  Don't let the board mafia castrate your voice just because you are honest.  I'll send you a PM.

Report back with a review.  That's where the juice and the excitement lay.  And once in a while a provider would jump in and say, "You're talking about me, and I'm real," and then we would all get really excited and see who could get in first.

You should be able to say what you think and disagree with others.  At the same time, you should be able to do so most of the time without launching personal attacks.
