1. Intelligence, very Sexy. Amazing when a lady can have long intriguing, conversations.
2. No Whining. I am paying to have a good time, last thing I want to hear is all the negative things that are happening in your life.  
3. No smoking.
4. In good shape, and takes care of their appearance.  
5. Flirting. Flirt with me. Make me blush. Tell me all the things you find wonderful about me.  
6. Beautiful smiles and no rush, positive attitudes.
7. Business suit skirts and dresses, no longer than 1 inch above the knee.
8. Open toe Stiletto with a heel no taller then 3 inchs.
9. Classy, upscale incalls. Low rent motel/hotel incalls are huge turn Offs.
10. Good Phone conversations and screening, very Sexy. Take the time to have a pleasant, 5 minute conversation before meeting inperson.  
11. Reliability. very Sexy. I am taking time out of my busy, hectic schedule to pay for good companionship. Last minute cancellations are huge turn offs. Even worse, after a cancellation no attempt is made to make it up, by offering to reschedule.

A business suit, jeans that fit just right or that perfect dress. Intelligent conversation and the ability to make me feel like I'm all that, even though I know I'm really not. Self confidence, not much sexier than that. The ability to lead or be lead with equal enthusiasm. A playful spirit coupled with a nice ass, what could be better.
