But here are a few things I look for.

Handle setting and keeping appointments well.  Be on time. if problems or delays come up, communicate what is going on quickly.

Don't let your incall become a dump.  Doesn't have to be spotless but if the place looks like it never gets cleaned and has stuff dumped all over the place then I wonder about her hygiene

Don't misrepresent yourself.  There should be pics and they should be accurate and up to date,

Keep your rates in line with what your menu is.  I'm not trying to tell you or anyone what your rates should be, that's your choice.  But I won't be calling someone whose rate is $$$ and whose menu is quite limited.  That my choice.

Attitude, attitude, attitude.  We understand you are providing a service.  Do so with enthusiasm please from the very first call all the way to the time I leave.  It makes a huge difference, particularly in whether or not I will call again.

I second vorlon's points.  Here's my take:

(1) Answering phone or emails promptly and with a good attitude are essential; you never get a second chance to make a good first impression.  If you sound bored or harried, or if you don't respond in a timely manner--as I've had happen more than once--then I wonder why you're in the business at all.  I'm sorry if my calling is an imposition on a provider, but I always thought that that was why a provider posted an ad: because she WANTED me to call or e-mail.  It's a real turn-off if the attitude is bad from the start.  Sure, we all have bad days.  But, look at how businesses (Target, WalMart, Home Depot, etc.) work: The customer is king.

(2) Cleanliness--both personal hygiene AND a well-kept in-call.  I've had providers who smelled in all the wrong places, as well as ones with filthy, messy in-calls.  Both are turn-offs.

(3) An extensive menu.  For me, at least, passionate kissing is part of the deal.  It's all a fantasy, of course, but "no kissing" rules are a turn-off for me.  

(4) Attitude and connection.  For me, at least, it's not just about raw, physical sex.  It's about setting a mood, building toward a climax (pun intended!).  I'd be just as happy to help you undress, and have you undress me, than coming out of the bathroom to see you plopped buck naked on the bed.  That doesn't excite me nearly as much as doing some fun foreplay and preliminary getting-to-know you.

Actually ,  we want for recipes!!!! Us men folk are obsessed with cooking,  everything you read and see on the website is related to cooking in some form or another.

top shelf hygiene.  That goes both ways for sure.  I like the description used by many providers in that they will arrive "polished".  I greatly appreciate the polishing along with vorlon's excellent list.

On time clean lady.  Also your total attention.  Turn off cell phone or pager.

to forget about life for a while. The biggest turn off there is for me is to answer questions about my job.

That makes it about a perfect list for me too.  That'll go a long way towards me repeating.

I definitely agree with much being said. I would stress the service aspect. I've read reviews where the lady lays there while the man does the deed. I could stay home with my hand for free for that kind of experience. I'm wiling to pay good money but with that premium I want to feel like she is happy to be there to. It's the illusion of intimacy I'm willing to pay for.

Unconditional love for the duration of the visit

Once in a while I have gone to an incall and there are toys or kids videos/DVDs present.  For me, it is a huge turnoff.  It only takes a minute to put them in a closet or a drawer.

A nice smile can go a long way towards creating the illusion that you, the provider, want to be there.

There isn't much that can compare to human touch; kind,warm,gentle, and sexy.

And of course a good bbj.
