The Viva website advertises that "Sidney" will be in the Twin Cities soon, before anybody books her look at the threads on the Boston and LA board about Jordan Lee who ripped me off for an overnight deposit.  She is a scam artist and tried to ruin an excellent provider in Boston named Brianna.  Enough said.

You originally posted on this in JULY.
Why do you have to air the dirty laundry here?
Because you know the MN board LOVES drama and a good train wreck?

Jordan Lee OWES you, I agree, BUT I am guessing she has spent your deposit. SO....the best way for her to pay you is for her to WORK. You are not seeing the big picture. You continue to bad mouth this girl (at one point you claimed to have a good time with) in the guises of 'warning' everyone about her.
Why?
Why do you do that?
You should be ashamed of yourself.

Thanks for the information. I had thought about seeing her. I'm glad that you posted before I contacted her.

He got RIPPED of his deposit that has not yet been returned and the best you can come up with is she needs to work?

How is the OP dragging her through the mud by warning the rest of us about the way she does business?

By your handle, I have no doubt that you are a provider as well. The big question is are you the provider in question or is this the way you do business as well?

There are those (many) who don't follow every post on every board so I would consider this good information and a friendly gesture by a member of the community.  Jack seems to feel it is worth the time to prevent others from making the mistake he did. If you do some research on this, its clearly not vendictive.

I for one would not see someone who ever did this to anyone.  As in any business, reputation is everything thus its best to protect it and you do not do that by screwing someone.

Rule No 1: NEVER, EVER give a deposit to anyone for anything.

Please re-read what wrote, "You continue to bad mouth this girl (at one point you claimed to have a good time with) in the guises of 'warning' everyone about her."

And originally, the OP said, "Jordan Lee who ripped me off for an overnight deposit.  She is a scam artist and tried to ruin an excellent provider in Boston named Brianna."

My sweet Vorlon and Minnetonkaone, a WARNING would be written like this:
(subject line stays the same) Jordan Lee ripped me off for an overnight deposit. You can find more on this by searching the Boston and LA boards.

By calling her a scam artist and bringing in another provider is dragging her through the mud and most would consider it bad mouthing.
There is a big difference. I would not have a problem with a true WARNING. However to guise a smear thread as a warning is not called for.

He is owed the money; I agree wholeheartedly. He SHOULD WARN you all of this evil sex vixen, but to add unwarranted and unproven claims is not appropriate.

You live in your world.

I prefer to live in reality. SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST!

How else do you explain a provider who willingly accepts a deposit, fails to hold up her end of the deal and three months later has still failed to return his money?

It also looks like Viva Agency has more common sense than you and mindful about protecting their reputation as well.

Not only is the tour canceled, Sidney / Jordan Lee is no longer listed on their website.

Word travels fast, doesn't it?

If she hasn't paid him back by now, it seems pretty clear she's not going to  That looks like relevant information to me; the sort of info TER is supposed to be used to share.

Maybe the lying ripoff will make arrangements to repay him, or maybe she'll (gasp) be run out of this biz and have to get a JOB and live like ordinary people.

You reap what you sow - and this bitch is just seeing the crop come in. I wonder why she's going under a different name? That agency better dump her or they'll get tarred with the same brush.

I hope she winds up a bagger at the WalMart, blowing the boss in the stockroom to get friday nights off. After all, she earned it - nobody else.

True but facts are often hard to come by.  No one is denying that the escort owes the OP money so I think we can take that to be true.  Beyond that, it comes down to a question of credibility.  For better or worse the OP is using his own handle while you are using an alias.  IMHO, that gives him more credibility than it does you.  No, it doesn't really establish that the escort is guilty of the additional charges made against her but it does not give us any reason to believe you over the OP.

Correct, the agency has no responsibility.  Perhaps she would have come here, done her work, and everything would have been fine.  However, they evaluated the situation and decided to distance themselves from a scam employee/independent contractor.  This is not unlike if you found out one of your employees had an unresolved debt owed through a scam-type situation.  While you are not responsible for that debt, would you want this employee out there dealing with your clients who know about it?  No, just get rid of the employee.  Good work, Viva.  And, I appreciate the heads up as well.  The more we know about this type of action the more we steer our business to those providers who deserve our business.

The opinion of the ephemeral "crunching nymph" aside, I was putting together some funds in hopes of booking her as the pictures in the eros ad convinced me.  Your warning was timely, relevant, and much appreciated.

...are they at all responsible? If not, what purpose do they serve - bookings only?

Sorry if I sound ignorant, never dealt with an Agency provider...don't wish/want/hope to.

She pulled her scam under a different name before she signed on with this agency. When they found out what she did they canceled her tour and took her off the site.

They acted in an entirely honorable manner.
