The first several sessions are somewhat increasingly sensual in nature, but you will not be relieved of any stress there or really touch any goods.  Always the hint that each session gets better.  If you want to go mulitple times  and spend a bundle, go ahead.  I've had MUCH BETTER Tantra elsewhere for cheaper without the hint of more in future visits.  It all depends on what you REALLY want.  If you want to experience something new (and it really is) and find some inner peace and feelings, give it a try.  But it is expensive in my very humble opinion.  But if you're really looking to bust a nut, it's probably best to look elsewhere.  The new girl appears very attractive- can't deny that, but I've had some very crummy sessions with "9s or 10s" and some really great sessions with "4s, 5s, and 6s."  As another wrote, "What are your expectations?"  If you go, just know what you are going for as far as this ad is concerned.
