First, let me say that this is a wonderful hobby with some incredible providers.  The text below is not directed to all providers or even the majority of providers.  Just the few that don’t seem to get what this is really all about.....

There have been a couple of threads on the threat of STD's to providers and hobbyists as well as the bias of the rating system to riskier behaviors.  Am I missing something here?  This is not an Olympic sport or some other kind of amateur event where the highest rated provider gets a medal.  This is an industry where the providers get paid executive level wages for providing personal services to hobbyists, no education or experience required.  (Although experience certainly helps and the more educated providers fill a very important niche.)  Some providers choose to take fewer risks and still appear to make a good living.  If you do a search for providers that do CBJ and not BBBJ there are quite a few that have 2 or 3 pages of good reviews.  Looks like they have plenty of business and fans too.  At the end of the day this is a risky profession for the providers as well as a risky and expensive hobby for the clients.  The providers who want to take less risk can.  Any providers who want no risks should probably look for a different profession.
