Question for both providers and clients: how long do you normally wait in your vehicle at your destination before deciding that it's a NCNS situation? What about when it's really cold out like this weekend?

I do not think I have ever waited in my vehicle because either (1) I'm in my incall or (2) I'm at the hotel bar. However, regardless if it is winter or not, if I'm in a warm location, I typically give someone a 15-20 minute window of grace if I haven't heard from them; the majority of people will tell you they are running late. If I had to wait in my car in this weather, you have at most 15 minutes, friend; that's being nice*laughs*.

If it ends up being a NCNS, then I strongly urge you to reach out to the provider (or as a provider to the client) via email to gain any insight on the reasoning why the date did not end up happening. There are a slew of possibilities and you'll have to take it at face value or use your better judgement to determine otherwise.

You're most like going to receive a variety of responses. However, while my time is valuable as a provider, your time is valuable as a client too. Regardless, both parties should still give one another a bit of grace.

It depends on the area and the provider and schedule.

As for area, I am not going to sit in my car in a residential area for more than a couple minutes without getting out.  So if three minutes goes by after the appointment time/my contact saying I am there, I just take off.  In a busier area I would sit maybe 10 minutes at most before moving on.  In that case, I would typically contact her after five minutes and say I am leaving in five.  Then I would leave if I do not hear from her by then.  Often at that point they say give me a minute and then five minutes later they are ready.   In either case, if she got back to me within 15 minutes after the appointment time, I would probably head back and do the appointment.

As for the provider factor, I have headed back when a provider was 30 minutes off, but she had a good excuse and I really liked her, and I had time.  But I don't think I would head back for anyone after 30 minutes.

As for schedule, I think it is fair to build in 15 minutes leeway to allow for error, but I don't think anyone should expect someone to build in more than 15 minutes.  And, I think if you cannot respond until even 5-10 minutes after the appointment, then you should understand if the other person bails.  If I am going to be one minute late I make contact before the appointment time with my ETA, offer to take a shortened visit (so pay regular rate and end at regularly scheduled time), and then live with the outcome.

So bottom line is that I think 5 minutes is fine, 15 is safe.  If someone is going to get mad like I was supposed to wait for more than 15 without hearing even an excuse for the lateness, then it is probably good avoidance

Luckily this is not really an issue and usually works out for the best.  Now, this does not solve the issue of the certain someone who claims she will "blacklist" you if you cancel within 2 hours before an appointment and than "blacklists" you anyway when you cancel more than 2 hours before the appointment, but again, good avoidance.

If I read that shit in a profile,  keep on trucking. Only exception is  if it goes both ways for calling out . If they BL  for less than 2 hr notice  better be able to take  the same.

If I call or text and get no response, I'm gone. No waiting.

Some considerations are
1)  How long has it been since I last had contact with her?  I'm likely to wait a bit longer if she's been in touch leading up to the time for the appointment.
2)  What's the environment like?  The more conspicuous I feel sitting in my vehicle, the shorter I will wait.  There's also the possibility of driving to a nearby spot to wait.
3)  What's my view of the provider.  If she has a good reputation and particularly if I had a good history with her then I will likely wait longer.
4)  Is anything setting off warning bells?  If so, I'll be out of there pretty quickly.

Less than 10. Had to bail on one but met her again at a different place and was great. It all depends on the place situation. Hotel I will wait more, uptown house no.

If I'm waiting because she has another client either arriving first or currently there, then NO THANKS.  I understand using high volume days as a way to make lots of money with only one day of hotel booking, but leave a little time between sessions?   Performance and attitude suffer if you cram us in like sardines.  And we can tell when there has been less than 20 minutes since the last session ended.  If you do plan on doing back-to-back-to-back-to-back sessions consider a hotel with two beds and alternate beds between clients, use Listerine AND Summer's Eve between sessions, and maybe spray some Febreze in the air.  The worst is when the sheets are still sweaty or the pillow smells like Marlboro Reds.

If you don't  have your  , FUCKLOCK  subscription  up to date , it could get interesting  for  you.  Albeit it a small segment, all it takes is one to mess your shit up.

One "accidentally"  tweeted phone  #, yours , that isn't  going away.

Two beds does make mutiplying easier I'll  give you that.  Throw a little stale beer in the air and you got a party and you have the ultimate love potion. .

I find that I can often tell whether a client will be a NCNS based on how he communicates with you. Someone who is late but still intends to arrive will keep you in the loop about what’s going on. Someone who’s pulling a NCNS won’t engage in a productive conversation with you. Someone who I think is the latter will get about ten minutes.

Like most guys, I have spent half my life waiting on women, but if she keeps in touch and doesn't just leave me hanging I am a lot more forgiving when a woman is late. I will wait an hour, or even more depending on the circumstances, if the lady keeps in touch and at least acts like she respects my time.

Like you, if I haven't heard a peep, I leave somewhere around the ten minute mark.

For the record, when living in a city like Dallas or Atlanta where traffic is often an issue I have been late a LOT of times. It simply can not be helped sometimes when an entire freeway is shut down. OTOH, I have NEVER pulled an NCNS, that's just fucking rude and it this day and age of cell phones, I Pads etc. there is almost never a justification for not sending at least a two word text to let the other party know what's happening.
