Typical TER reviewers: Tree stump with hole--looks= 3, performance= 5. Slap a skirt on the tree stump, looks= 9 maybe 10, performance= 8.
My honest review of said stump--looks =1, performance =0. Slap skirt on a tree stump, looks= 2, performance =still 0.
There's still something wrong with you if you'd still rate a tree stump 1-2
Nah, maybe the bark was smoother, like a birch stump that’s all.
Not leaving with splinters rates at least a courtesy mark.
You are always complaining about the appearance and/or performance of the girls you see. Why do you continue to do it? If I was always having a bad experience I would stop.
The issue is always this....
Someones 10 is someones 2.... .and vice versa. That is why many women hate TER and its rating system.
Plus some people value a connection over looks. Some people value service over looks.
But again... someones 10 in service could be another persons 2.... and vice versa.
I know I had a great time with a provider and she was the one who had to "move" things along or I would have just talked and cuddled the whole time. I say it is in my top 10 enjoyable times.... we just connected and hit it off.
Anyways.... threads like this do no good for anyone. Because the ladies or providers see this and hate the "ranking".
I for one would rather see a different "ranking" system. But also just check the boxes if the provider offers or doesn't offer stuff.... then talk about if pictures are fake, real, or good representation of them.... or if the pics are older versions or heavily airbrushed. We dont need 10's or 2's as ranking. Plus in order to get 10's it used to be that a provider had to provide anal or certain activities..... there are many providers who do 10 in service that dont provide anal and why it is kind of a BS ranking system. Anyways.... that is my little rant for the day.
Don't know if I'd even call that a rant because it makes perfect sense. Good thoughts.
Stellar providers wouldn't be happy with everyone getting participation trophies. So I think ratings are going to happen whether they are assigned numbers or verbal descriptions. Some will make the cut, and some won't. That's just reality.
.
I think the thing to do in the present situation is to read the reviews with the idea that tastes vary and therefore on our own, read between the lines.
This is correct.
I find TER a great tool in doing the research if a provider and I will be compatible or not. Or if I am looking for a certain service and they are not comfortable with that service or don't provide it. I can move on without wasting each others time.
But the issue is that many many ladies have left this site and denounce the "review" type culture because of the "rating" system. Look how on the MN board someone went off on a provider about her physical description. When if you look at the reviews and her pictures you can tell she isn't trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. She is as advertized. But the "culture" of the review or "ranking" type system on looks is always so subjective. There are people who think that if a woman weighs 125 lbs... SHE IS FAT... when others might call her a spinner. It is again all in the eyes of the beholder.
It sucks that many ladies and great ladies at that are "De-listed" on here and also dont participate in the discussions. Now we will have to wait and see since TER has returned. Many ladies could have left the profession and many also might not know about TER and are using other sites. Time will tell.
But when like the original post goes off on this stuff. It gives us all a bad name. Plus i would like to see some "tweeks" to the "ratings"...
But yes... like you mentioned if people are honest in the reviews and dont give the "porn" details on how good they are in bed. But just state basic info on what happened... ie: Went thru lots of positions and provider stated she likes XYZ position the best. or Provider doesn't do BBBJ or doesn't like DATY. This could be vital info for people and not waste time of provider and client. Like I stated we dont need to say 10 in looks because someones 10 is someones 2 and vice versa.
What I would like to see people say is how much they pay. Because with the influx of "massage" girls getting reviews on here in the escort area. you look at the side and it says.... $200 well is that all inclusive or is that the up front massage fee..... then what is the cost of "extra" on the menu. For people who havent been in that game might not know what the cost is. So in each review I would like to see that the person spent... XYZ per encounter. It could be a simple drop down box with $ values. even for the escort.... because rates change and this could give people a heads up on what to bring for funds.... or if maybe a 90 min session would be better or 2 hour... etc. Just idea's to bounce off people.
TER has guidelines on what is allowed in posting. See the link below. While it would be great if people took the care to be civil in their own posts, IMHO TER has historically not done a good job of enforcing their own rules.
The values in a provider's profile are set by the initial reviewer and do not change if a later review says something different. To get updates or additions to a profile, you have to actually submit a problem report with the change and including a reason why the update or addition should be made.
It would be great if we could see what each reviewer put into his review for the profile information but that would be a significant software update so who knows when or even if TER would implement that.

Your link as to do with Discussion board.... Not reviews.
I understand what you are saying about how the original posted review dictates the rest on what can be added and what not. But like I mentioned. Many massage girls in MN have "upgrades".... we dont know what those "upgrades" are or what they cost.
Example.... Massage girl A gets reviewed and that first review only gets an Happy ending. So the cost was $160 for the hour. The next reviewer gets upgrades.... well what do those upgrades cost? Because all that will be on the left of the profile for Massage girl A is the $160 for the hour massage and HE.
I wish people would put in the price. Or if in the "review" area there is a drop down box that has TOTAL PRICE of encounter.... then people would know.
So my above example: Reviewer #1 could put he got the standard happy ending and in that drop down box put $160. Then Reviewer #2 could put $260.... and in his review he states he got a BJ. Or if he doesn't state what he received people will know that he paid an extra $100.... so others can have an idea that a certain upgrade will cost $100 extra.
Lets put it this way.... on another site I have been too. A massage rating site. It states what the "house fee" is... which is getting in the door. Then they have a drop down on what you "tip". The "tip" indication is a good read between the lines on what happened. Again people could be just tipping extra for no reason. But most know how to read between the lines.
Anyways.... this would help people. Another example on how a "tip" or "total" paid drop down would help out.... Lets say a provider (escort) offers anal or something like that. Well again... if the first reviewer doesn't make "anal" and/or says he got that and paid for it. That wont reflect in the costs of the encounter. Then like you stated if someone doesn't sumbit a formal "complaint" or "change" with TER..... we dont know what those costs are unless they say in the review... it cost an extra $200 for anal.
So again it is just an idea to bounce off. This is without going into details if people want to be more discrete. Also I know someone will say.... well just ask the provider... well sometimes being too "explicit" isn't good for everyone. Many more companions and massage people only answer via TEXT and not calls. So descretion is good for all by not naming "activities" or prices. Think of it like... no paper trail type thing.
Anyways.... just again bouncing off idea's and what not for people.
I understand what you are talking about. You can have a profile with more than one entry under Cost of Service, each with its own description and price. The initial entry or entries are done by the first reviewer. Anyone else who wants to update it has to use problem reports. This is how you can see what the different pricing levels are but people have to make the effort to submit problem reports. Few do and I don't think many reviewers know this is how it is done.
Anything else requires an update to the software or for the reviewer to specify these details in the text, probably in the Juicy Details section.
P.S. I included the link to the discussion board rules because this thread has hit both areas. Link below for the Review FAQ.
Agree many many more massage reviews on ter than there use to be they look and sound great, and when someone actually get something more than a hand job, its an upgrade. So what is the actuall cost, its rarely given. And 99% percent incall usually with alot of traffic with not much privacy. I like a good massage, and many escorts will massage you also within whatever time period you opt for. Difference is escort your gonna get a bj and get laid for sure, and in a more private setting. And thats what im looking for. Anyway i would like it if the reviewer would include the total cost including cost of upgrades.
I like reviews good and bad. People have good and bad days. Read between the lines. Maybe they review us. I'd like to read those
