GonnaCatchHell makes a good argument! I beleive what he says is logical and makes sense. It's hard to argue with the points he makes.
What is with the name chanegs from providers this week. I see 4 ladies with new names posting on Eros under a new name. Always makes me a bit suspicious when a providr keeps changing names.
What do they hope to hide except a bad review. do they think we are that dumb not to recognise the pictures with a new name?
It's not always because they are a bad provider. This question has come up a lot on this board recently, and I have to shake my head because I don't think most of these girls are trying to pull a fast one over on the guys.
Look at TJ/Tiffany for example, she gets good reviews and advertises as 2 people. I think some other reasons could also be
1) They need more business and sometimes a name change could help. (yes, some guys are dumb and won't realize it's the same photo)
2) They change their name so that it's harder for LE to track them. (this I think may be more the reason than anything else stated.)
3) It's also possible, even if the girl gets good reviews, that she doesn't want reviews, and by changing her name there are no more reviews linked to her. (girls who don't want to be reviewed usually choose that for the same reason as #2, to stay below the radar.)
4) I have also noticed that girls will use different names on different sites to track where they are getting their business from, especially if they only post a phone number and not an email address. Guys seldomly remember where they saw your ad, and if you are spending your hard-earned $$ on advertising, you want to know which sites are working for you.
This is only my opinion created by the experiences I have had, it's not law, just something I thought you guys should all think about before assuming she's doing it to trick you.

Thanks for the explanation MorganMN! All four of the possibilities you mentioned, alone or in combination, seem like logical, reasonable & legitimate reasons to advertise under different names. Never thought about it that way before. Just further evidence of the pitfalls of "assuming" & "jumping to conclusions". Thanks again sweetie.

In general, I'm a pretty open minded guy about this kind of stuff and try not to get too judgemental about anything.
But ya know what? I'm not sure I'm buyin it. I agree that there are some logical reasons to do the name change thing.
But Tuzdae's been at this game a long time, and doesn't need multiple names. Madison--been almost 3 years, same name. (Man, I can almost remember the day I first saw the white turtleneck picture!) Catherine, Lisa, Misty, Julia... The list of most respected MN providers doesn't seem to need any logical-sounding reasons to justify a name change, instead they just keep the same one. There's a few, like Tiger (and didn't Kamry switch names a year or two ago) that switch for personal reasons but never tried to conceal it.
That's not the same as the gals on Eros that are on their 4th name this week, or the whole TJ/Tiffany thing of pretending that your alter-ego is a friend or, sillier yet, is available for doubles. I just don't have much time for that kind of horseplay, and in most cases, that's all it is. It just never seems like the girls on the "A" list have the time or the need to play the name game much, so I assume that if you're playin' the name game, you probably don't belong on the "A" list.

I can understand Morgan's point. My comment was more so to understand the need to change names. "Gonna" makes some very valid points that the "A" list ladies still have their same name, phone number email address. Kind of midagates the LE issues that Morgan raises in my opinion.
I'm not sure what midagates means (couldn't find it in Webster), but if that means that it discredits that theory, I have to disagree. True, some of us do not care about LE figuring us out, but others do. I have recently seen on a ladies board on the other board, that there have been 2 ladies recently, who are "A" list, who have changed their names due to getting in trouble with LE. Neither of these ladies are here, but it's still the same scenario. FYI, there is an "A" list lady HERE who has changed her name to something else about a year ago. I don't know her exact reasons, but I know it was not to fool any of you. I won't post who it is, because that's not my position to do so. So, again, there are exceptions to every theory and rule.
Thanks everyone for the debate, this has been fun!
You probably won't find "midagate" in the dictionary. I believe he meant "mitigate," which means to reduce or soften a situation. You may want to check my definition though.
thanks for the spell check rusty. Sometimes I am all thumbs. Good to see a number of comments and view points regarding this topic. Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable labor day weekend.
I agree, you do have a very valid point! There are exceptions to every rule, every theory, (including mine).
I think most who know me would agree that I am an "A" list as well. But even those who know me probably don't know that before I choose "Morgan", I worked under 2 other names, (at different times). When I was originally with TPZ, I was "Rebecca/Becky," then when I went back there, I was "Mary," and it wasn't until I got with Haley's that I decided to be "Morgan." Personally, the name changes were because I didn't care for the other names. Both "Becky" and "Mary" were names I came up with at the last minute so that the service had a name to give the clients. After I had been around a while, and had time to really think about "who" I felt like I was, was when I decided on the name Morgan. See, that's a perk to choosing a stage name, if you don't like it, you can change it. (Have you ever noticed exotic dancers change their names quite often?)
I have a feeling, if you talk to those "A" list ladies, who have had more experience than just here on the internet, that you'll find at sometime, their name was different.

Like Katrina and Kaylee on Eros. Same girl, same outfit, different name and phone number??? Anyone seen her or offer an opinion?
Many times I've regretted the name Misty, it really doesn't match my personality. But to change my name would be a vast undertaking.
If Eros was the only place I marketed myself, changing my name would take seconds. If their photo's and numbers along with name are changed, then it could be:
1. trying to get away from a stalker
2. trying to remove myself from LE's call list
3. having a bad day and want to be someone new
4. trying to avoid an X SO (significant other)
5. marketing ploy when times are slow
6. avoiding bad rep
