Some 350 reads but nobody PMd me, nobody sent me an e-mail. WTF?!?

I have given out lots of references for the gents here and the ladies, and not one peep, except for an angel in chat. I did the dirty work, sorted stuff out and I think he will be happy, but I am still trying to figure out what the point of back channeling is if nobody participates.
