This is often discussed in the Over 60 forum.

I can say that a while back I purchased generic Viagra from AllDayChemist.   Although they say they require a prescription and have the form fields to fill in for the prescription data, I didn't fill it in and they still sent the pills.   I don't know if that was a fluke so I can't guarantee it will happen again.

I cut my pills in halves and quarters as it's a waste for me to use one whole pill each time.    I take it under the tongue -- which is known to be more effective and quicker acting than swallowing the pill.

I had the worst reaction to ginseng, it made me break out in sweats really badly.  I think the kind I tried was called Panax Ginseng. Korean might be different?
