She has 47 likes on her ad site but no reviews here. Does anybody have anything to report?

AL is usually not a reliable source.
The photos are cute but a few years old and could be anybody of course.
Either she's deliberately raising expectations or you'll be facing a catfish.
I like the tone of the ad, and it leads me to two options -- 1) she's interesting, or 2) cleverly invested in catching a chump.
Photos of that quality would usually be on a better site.
She says she's new -- the number is not.
She's not advertising anywhere else, and phone # only with no other online presence suggests a marginal provider.
The review is 3 years old, so either she's unremarkable given there's nothing else showing up for her,
or the number (and review) are not unique to her.  
So she's not independent, even if she is new.
But her base prices are tempting... might be worth the risk and fun to investigate.
I would call and listen carefully.

I've tried texting a couple times.

a couple of those photos are of a very well-known IG model who would not and probably has never though about Minneapolis

She is a drop dead gorgeous 25 year old super model that only wants $220 for an hour. That is all the report you should need.

It's funny how badly we want something to be true that we can make ourselves believe almost anything.

and if you're looking to have fun with it then the question is whether there might be something interesting on the other side of the ad.  We know the pics are fake, but are they pointing to someone who thinks highly of herself, or is it a set-up?
That's the question. And are you willing to bet $200 to find out? What are the odds?

For my part, I'm not going to bet $200 on that.  With all the red flags, I'd sooner buy lottery tickets.
