I've never seen an escort and am really curious as what to expect.  Such as, what's the etiquet in that situation?  Do you talk first?  How do things progress?  If a provider advertises $200 and such, then do you/ should you tip on top of that?  How much?  If you're "finished" before the time you pay for, is that it, or can you go a second round?
