I honestly prefer my guys to be trimmed. That keeps the hair out of my mouth and my teeth and it keeps the prickles from bothering me. Prickles are way worse than hair. Honestly sometimes the prickles are so bad  both bJ's and intercourse uncomfortable and irritating.

It's the worst with people who don't do it all the time.  They are very prickly.  I'm sure they are trying to be considerate and do something nice for me but the result isn't nice.

However, if you are going to shave, the best product  to treat and prevent razor rash that I have found is "Bikini zone", which you can find at Walmart with the shaving stuff. Make sure you get the gel and not the shaving product. You apply the gel after you shave to dry skin and I swear it has eliminated my razor rash. It also smells very clean like rubbing alcohol.

Someone else mentioned rubbing alcohol. I've never tried that, but I know that it can dry skin out. I've never had any trouble with this bikini zone and I've been using it for years.

Waxing and then exfoliating with a anti aging face wash that has AHA's in it every other day. It helps with cell turnover and prevents ingrown hairs. It's on the expense side of face washes but I use Murad and lets just say it's been magical with keep the kitty looking nice
