I’d argue almost all of us providers are newbie friendly. The clarifying question I have is, by “newbie friendly” what information are you willing & unwilling to provide in the screening process?
If you’re new all over again, I’d suggest preparing yourself for a slightly more intrusive screening process (re: some PII) until you have 1-2 providers under your belt.
