Sting down there; they busted an escort using BP Rochester and then used her to sting a couple of guys.

What a great use of taxpayer money.  You're right Vorlon, they must have gotten completely caught up with all real crime, and folks in LE and the judicial system must have been sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

hotel staff called LE and reported suspicious activity WHILE the sting was going down!  

This is why touring ladies and those ladies using hotels should be blurring photos AND why it is so important for both men and women to maintain a low profile at hotels.  Ladies, make sure your guys know where the elevator is, secondary doors are, etc.  It's important that the men look like they belong there and know exactly where they are going when they arrive!!

911 recording from front desk clerk at local hotel: Yea we have reason to believe there's a pervert molesting our breakfast bar here at the Lakefront Inn down here in Winona.  All our jelly donuts and chocolate iced long johns are completely gone.  

I think we have a pervert here so I asked all our guests especially those with smaller children to avoid that area today.  We've closed down the bkfst bar for now.  Please send over an officer as soon as you can to investigate.  

Later at pre-trial: Prosecution states it seems the edible undies purchased soley for the purpose to entice these men never made it to the property room.

well, it looks like she was ready to roll over in more ways than one...  she skates on this one and these guys lives are now fucked.

But, I do think this comedic piece is misplaced and in poor taste.   I do not believe those two guys  are laughing right about now.  It is too bad when a girl flips to save her own ass when we all know full well the risks we are taking.  The sad thing is...it could happen to any man who is not careful and even those who are!    LE need to catch some murderers, rapists, child molesters, sex traffickers, thiefs and leave the consenting adults alone.   This pisses me off to no end and is why so many do not want to screen.

I don't think she was making light of the plight of these poor hobbyists. It was more a jab at LE and the goofiness of a bust such as this. I thought it was quite humorous, but not at the expense of those caught in the sting.

The county or city attorneys are initiating vehicle forfeitures?  Geez, that seems to be harsh, cruel and unusual punishments.   I am no attorney, but the worst charges that the prosecutors can bring in cases like this is gross misdemeanor.  However, if the defender has a good defense attorney or representing himself, most of the time, he can negotiate it down to an infraction or a "public nuisance" -- which is the same as someone is getting a ticket for excessive garbage in his yard.  Then again, this happens in a big city, where the PD and county attorneys have bigger problems to deal with.  Not sure if it is true in a small city like Winona though.  The Winona PD need to find better thing to do or better yet, go to a doughnut shop, drink your coffer, eat those delicious doughnuts and leave these consenting adults alone.

Moral of my rant is... don't hobby in a small city???

Get off her back.  Jeez.  If ya play with fire, sometimes you get burned.  And any time you play in this hobby you are asking for a kicking.  It may just be a matter of time.
So, she was just being humorous. I am sure not directly at the two guys expense.

I was chiding the men in blue.  I guess I could talk about how stupid it is to spend so much money chasing down consenting adults, but that's already been said so many times.  

I found it funny the hotel didn't realize there was a sting going on and called LE to investigate.  I can't imagine the cluster F that went on that day there.  Elmer Fudd to the rescue.

Unfortunately, it sounds like they admitted what they were doing instead of invoking their right to silence.

Additionally it may make ladies not want to see you because you are showing you have a vindictive side.  I would strongly suggest you squash whatever your issue is and move on....the fact that you have been harboring this "over the years" is kind of sad.  Just saying it only makes you look bad.  Good luck finding happiness.
