At the risk of sounding like sour grapes, I'm going to post anyway.  You see, I'm a married man - no, that's not why I'm sour.  I'm sour because I like to travel to greece and my wife doesn't.  So, I don't hobby quite as much as the usual chap on here and I'm pretty specific in what I look for.  

My wife went out of town yesterday and I had one of a very few opportunities to check out the local scene.    

I did all my research and set my eyes on someone I wanted to meet, which is harder than it sounds since everyone wants references.  I get that, a girl has to be safe.  I'm still struggling with how to break into this rather exclusive club of being referenceable.  When I go out of town, the providers don't seem nearly as adament about references, but they also aren't really referenceable as I'm just a guy from out of town.

Anyway, I digress....I got a hold of someone who seemed a bit more open, and booked an appointment.  There was no explicit talk, or anything that I figure would give any bad impressions.  

The next morning, I rescheduled my calendar at work and made my plans for a midday diversion.  I called my girl back and she didn't answer.  Hmmmm, that's odd, I could have sworn she said to call her around 10:00, no worries - I left a message.  I didn't get a call back, so I called back around 11:30, still no answer.  Now, my day is screwed and I'm not.  

So, I pull up my boots and figure, I'll at least get a massage.  Call and schedule and appointment, drive through snowy roads across town, have some dumbass hit the car in front of me doing 60, make it to my appointment, stressed but safe, looking very forward to my massage, only to find....wait for it.....can you guess.....a no show.  So, I called back, she answered and said she couldn't find her keys.  Okay, I'll cut her some slack.  I head home to meet my kid for the night.

So, I sit here with a full wallet and my wife coming back to town tonight.  I hope you had a nicer day than I did yesterday.

You have one review but doesn't look like that was a great expieriance either. Maybe you need to do a little more research and find a way to get to the point you can see some of the great talent available locally.

On a lighter note your griping about greek made me think of an old "Gunsmoke" story (at risk of sounding old)..... (And you know the Marshal always got the girl, never Festus) Well Festus is in the bar complaining to Old Doc that he always wakes up with this raging hard on and doesn't know how to get rid of it. So Doc says "well Festus, tomorrow morning you just go out to the stable and get a nice warm shovelfull of horse shit and stick it in there. That should take care of it."

So the next morning Festus is standing in the stable with his pants down around his ankles and picking  up a big scoop of steaming horse shit when Miss Kitty walks in.... Shocked by what she sees she asks Festus what he is doing. "Well you see I got this terrible hard on and Old Doc told me to come on out here and stick it in a shovelfull of horse shit". Well being the soft heart she is Miss Kitty takes pity on him and pulls up her skirts, lays down in the hay and in her most erotic tone and with a little wink says "Festus, why don't you just bring that over and stick it in here". Festus looks at her, looks a the horse shit, looks back at her and says "Gee golly Miss Kitty, you want I should put the whole scoop in thar?!"

So be glad your not Festus, take that money still in your wallet, buy your wife some flowers, take her out for a romantic dinner, tell her how much you missed her while she was gone and see how far you can get with her tonight.

On a more serious note, sorry that happened to the OP.  Some ladies get freaked by things said on the phone, etc.  Not sure that is what happened with the first lady or not.  But, that is still no excuse for an NCNS.    When I get someone who freaks me out or asks questions that are too explicit for my liking,  I tell him GOODBYE--that way there is no misunderstanding that he will not be spending time with me.   I certainly do not tell him to call me back tomorrow!  I really do not understand NCNS but it does happen to the ladies too.  It's rude and unnecessary and, in some cases, costs the lady money....especially if she pays for a room, etc.   Many of us (both hobbyist and providers) put alot of time and effort into our dates and NCNS is showing a huge lack of respect.  

Men and Women........if you schedule a date, keep it!  The only excusable reasons for not showing is car accident, hospitilization and/or sickness, MAYBE being called in to work (although that excuse gets old if used more than once or twice).  And it is super important to explain as soon as possible to avoid any hurt feelings or animosity.  And, if the lady is paying for a room, maybe offer to make it up to her in some fashion.  

I feel bad for all the folks who get NCNS'd.  It's just not nice!!!

I too often only have a narrow window of opportunity for hoobying. I have found at times that I have to contact 4 or 5 providers before I can find one that is available at the time I need.

As for well reviewed providers, I have had better luck with BP girls. If they post that day, they are usually available. Some of the well reviewed TER girls are either too busy to call me back or just too booked.

one suggestion is to do some pre-work. Do your research ahed of time on who you want too see and then when the opportunity arrises you can book quickly. I have even gone through a screening early so that I am pre-approved when I get a window of opportunity.

I also prefer a girl that can set appointments by email. I am often not available to talk during work hours.
