Maybe I'm missing something here but I don't see what is fake.

Perhaps I'm thick, but I just don't understand why my fellow hobbyists continue to go to backpage when searching for a provider.  Sticking with known & reviewed ladies seems such a better alternative.

Having been burned by a backpage bate & switch once, I've taken my own advice...

Somebody has to be the first one to see a new girl.  Every known and reviewed provider was unknown and unreviewed at some point.  You have to do more research and be more skeptical though.  What surprises me is the number of people who don't use tools like Google and Google Image Search to check on these ads and will continue to see girls who have compiled an impressive collection of bad reviews.

I use Chrome as my default browser, and there's an extension available which allows one to right click on an image and "Search google with this image".  

Or copy the URL of the image and browse to "http://images.google.com/", select the camera button and paste in the URL of the image you want to search.
