You made the right choice not going to Healing From the Heart. They are not worth the price of admission. Diane at Tranquility is cute and she goes topless for no extra fee, but her sessions are a little short (25 minutes or so). Total cost is around $65. Amy is the best one at AOH, but she only works on Sundays. Kay is also very good and she works during the week. Total cost is around $65. Tranquility or AOH does not ask for a tip, but it is always nice to give one. Its up to you. Don't have any feedback on Executive; have not been there yet.
