I apoligize I gave anyone the impression that I knew this person well, but I did not. I just wanted to lend a helping hand and it went bad. Julia is referring to SparklinJen, whom I have seen and she seems no different (other than her do's and don'ts) than any other provider. In conversation with other ladies in the business (which most of you are) there seems to be alot of jealous competition going on. Let the reviews speak for themselves and please keep the pettyness private. Us guys go through that bullshit at our work place every day, I for one see ladies to help relieve that stress. I have seen Julia in the past and have no vendetta against her. What ever went on between you two please keep it private.
When things get sticky I feel like it is my personal duty to let yall know! Even though there is a lot of jealous competition out there, this is not the case here. Being that I am the one who introduced her to this board and others like it, I felt it necessary to clear my name of any resposibility. I don't like to pick sides when it comes to providers, and Lord knows I'd rather not have problems with anyone, male or female.
My unbiased opinion is that I don't take Julia's post as trying to be jealous toward anyone or trying to dissuade anyone from seeing a specific provider. (She never mentioned a name, you did. I am sure not everyone knew who she was referring to, but now they do.) Guys have to remember that YMMV also applies to how ladies treat another vs. how she treats a guy. If Julia is getting numerous complaints about someone else, and that is not her concern, then posting a short post on a message board like she did, briefly explaining that, is exactly what she should do. It's easier than continuously replying to emails, the guys read it, now they know she is not the complaint department.
Take my opinion for whatever it's worth, it's just that, an opinion.
I toally agree with Morgan and also appreciate Julia taking responsability for the lady mentioned in the second messgae. I did not take her informing us top be "jealous" or trying to keep us hobbist away from SJ. There is NO need for her to keep it quiet! She is posting an information tidbit to us to make sure she would not be associated with SJ who has seemed to have some issues.
Although I have not had to opportunity to visit Julia yet, I know she is a very high class lady that desires all the respect in the world.
I seen her when she first began providing here in the twin cities, I have no bone to pick with Julia, but thanks for your post just the same Julia. At best it is good for you to protect your reputation from this person whom you were only trying to help out but she turned out to be less than what you may have hoped for. Trooper
