Yes, Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra are all in the same clinical class. However, there are slight differences in their chemical structure that can have real-world, practical consequences on how well they work on an individual man. I have seen this real-world, real-time in a number of real patients. While Viagra may work for one, Cialis does nothing. While Levitra may work great for another, Viagra does nothing.

So, the answer is not which one is "best" universally, but which one is best for your unique biochemical structure. The only way to really know for certain is to try them all.
