When someone signs up for my content sites, they are automatically sent a welcome message that has a "poster" that has a photo of me on the right and directions in *bold* text on the left that basically outlines that they should not mention things like TER, Eros, meet ups, dates, etc. And if they do so, they *could* be restricted.
I'm not sure if this works for you but I do know some content creators will "restrict" users if they violate this rule and it is a $25-$50 "unrestrict fee". I've tried it a couple times and it gets the message across.
Although guys should probably follow the rules, isn't about half of the chicks who have content on onlyfans providers? I ask because onlyfans should probably changed their rules.
Due to acts like SESTA/FOSTA, OF has to take a proactive approach in regards to curbing solicitation of escort services on the site. Even dating apps like Tinder, Hinge, and Grindr had to crack down on content that could be perceived as solicitation.
Considering this is an issue that would need to be tackled at the federal level, I encourage you to contact your state representatives to let your voice be heard.
It's legal protection against facilitating prostitution. The sites don't want to be anyway publicly associated with facilitating prostitution because the prison sentences are like 40 years.
