Looking for solid advice from experience providers and hobbyist stating what the criteria is for screening for avoiding police. For example has X number of reviews, does not advertise on back-pages, has a website etc. Also looking for stories for anyone that got busted and what they did to gather evidence.

...I would suggest that you choose one of the ladies who are active on this discussion board or who advertise regularly on the Minnesota Ad Board. The number of reviews that a lady should have is somewhat arbitrary but if she has 5 recent reviews (5 reviews since Jan. '13 is considered recent   or 8 or more in the past year I would feel very comfortable with choosing her. Of course, take a critical look at the guys who have reviewed her. Hopefully, most of the reviewers will have multiple reviews under their belt. If not, move on. If she has a website, that's a very good sign that she takes a professional approach to her vocation. And, there's nothing wrong with a Provider advertising on Back Page. There's a big difference between a Provider who advertises on BP and a Provider who only advertises on BP. If you've been following this board like it appears you have, consider joining P411 to make it easier on the ladies to verify you. I joined using my personal info only and it's served me very well for several years.

A user handle such as "KCMN" is reminiscent of the call letters for a radio or television station.

I am not certain if I fully agree with your last sentence regarding the sending of messages to other hobbyists for information about a particular provider.

Actually I think that number is a little arbitrary  Some of us tend to see paramours who don't write reviews or ones who are regular visitors, so we may not have as many recent ones.

Maybe y'all could learn some take home lessons from the LV Board where the local providers entice the newbies with comforting and reassuring posts about how willing they are to take on newbies, subject to their reasonable screening requirements?! C'mon ladies...pick up your gain! JFC!!

I simply disagreed with your arbitary numbers that is all.  I felt what I posted was valid and might be helpful for the OP.   My original post is exactly the same..the only thing I modified was a typo.  I don't see how it is inappropriate nor was I trying to create drama.

Drumsticks I have always enjoyed your posts.  In the past they have been fun and lighthearted, bringing humor and levity to the board when things seem to get out of control and I have appreciated it!  I agreed with what you stated, that your numbers might be a bit arbitrary, and explained in another sentence "why" from my perspective.  In the end I added a lighthearted response to your redhead comment.  I liked that!  There was also nothing inappropriate about my post, nor did I modify it except to correct a typo-one letter in one word.  

A few things...  
 
As a provider and someone who does Personal Assistant, Marketing and Development, Scheduling and Booking, Brand Development for other Providers..  
I would never say dont look or dont advertise on Backpage..  
Backpage is like a necessary evil in advertizing,, no matter what city you are in or what city you travel to, Backpage gets the most client traffic, I advertise on BP, Eros, Slixa, P411, TER,  etc...  
and I still get more calls from BP than anywhere else,,  
Its still one of the most effective advertising sites out there ..  
However, I also have pretty airtight screening regimen and ill only see clients who will go through the screening and verification process,,  
Just like not all quality providers can be found on backpage ,, the same rings true that not all clients that call off backpage are quality either..  
Backpage is not so bad if you know how to navigate it and you know how to check for fake pics, follow the research with a google search or check to see if the girl advertises anywhere else.  
Check to see if she has a website, google the phone number being used, google image the pics, google her name and see if it comes up anywhere else.  
 
Best advice, Get a P411 account.. it fast tracks the screening process.  
 
I disagree with the review thing.. There are alot of great providers that do reviews and equally there are alot of great providers that dont do reviews.. The whole review phenomenon did not come about till the invention of the World Wide Web which was in 1989 and there were tons of quality providers operated before then..  
Francesca made a great point not all clients are reviewers or hobbyists, and some clients are regulars, and some ladies dont want a streaming list of reviews, some of us are Part Time, some of us are UTR.  
  I have my one happy little review that says, "hey Cat, she was fun for a BBW and she is legit"..  
But ive been a provider for over a year before I finally got that one review..  
 
And this is just my opinion, I get that it doesnt mesh with everyone elses, but for myself if I wanted an audience knowing what I do in my private time with my clients Id be an exhibitionist and charge a cover and serve popcorn..  
I thin reviews are important for identifying ripoffs, scams, bait and switch, dangerous and pimps, but the whole ranking thing and outlining the explicit details of my adventures is not my cup of tea..  
It doesnt mean im any less quality than a lady that had a ton of reviews..  
Id just prefer to keep my private time private thats all ..  
 
I do agree with checking out ladies that are active on the board and checking out the top 10 list in MN , and also go with providers that are newbie friendly..  
Again P411,, get your account and get your ok's and you are golden..  
 
Just get an idea of what you are looking for and go from there,,  
Seriously you shouldnt have a problem, there are alot of great ladies in Minnesota
