Question: who are the moderators for the discussion boards? On the other similar websites they always listed and how much power do they have? I noticed a couple of times when someone reported stings going on and in a couple of hrs it was deleted. when I first joined 4 yrs ago they were commonly reported. Also what to prevent double standards? Is there a check and balance in the system.

They used but they stopped doing that some years ago now.  To the best of my knowledge, it is all handled at TER HQ, wherever that might be.  Anything you would ordinarily ask a moderator about you have to contact TER directly using the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page.  TER runs the boards how they see fit.

..the policy they announced in that post continues today.  Hard to believe it's been 4 years.  I'm getttin' old!!
