Dos:

Introduce yourself. I don't like talking to strangers about a date, I don't think other girls do either.
Specify a date/time you want to see her, if no time is clear, make that clear.
Know what screening info she requires and include that information,
          if you don't have it, make that clear.
Let her know how long you'd like to visit for, if you don't know yet, say you don't know yet.

Don'ts:

DONT Send one sentence messages from a TER username that has no reviews or whitelists.......
IE: Where is your incall
Do you have incall
Are you free now
What are your rates
etc.....

DONT Include information about a previous provider you have seen
IE: her incall location, her private phone number, etc.

DONT ask for a discount unless she is offering one

DONT ask her to lower her rates because her looks aren't good enough for what she's charging

DONT  forward a message from your provider reference that shows your communication from start to finish of your appointment with her. This is unprofessional.

DONT ask her to send you more pics. I guess if she is advertising that she will send more it is ok, otherwise what you see is what you see.... most ladies keep their sites up to date with what images they want public.

DONT go into sexy detail about how you want to eat her pu$$y and have her dry hump you before getting down and dirty doggy style so you can shove it in deep.......... we often won't respond to this type of conversation.

Some of what you say is common sense but if one has no common sense your post probably won't help. Also.......

Is it OK if we give you a fake name cause I'm pretty sure yours is fake? I understand it's your prerogative to require whatever you wish but we have our rights too.

If you would give an approximate location and rates in your ad, we wouldn't have to ask.

Why is it such a crime to ask about discounts? Maybe we don't have time to keep up to date on every special, in every ad, you write! If we phrased it like "Your highness, do you happen to be giving any specials/discounts that I may have missed because of my stupidity?" Would that be OK?  

One more bone to pick. While you are admonishing someone to not talk dirty to you, it would probably behoove you to not talk dirty to them. In other words, a little mutual respect.

I lied, one more bone. Go to the Newbie board and post your instructions there. Most of us have been around long enough to not need your tutorial.

Well that maybe reasonable but I know at least 20 people that have claimed they've been around awhile yet still forget to give me contact info, ask my rates even though I have a page Titled RATES.
NO it's not a crime to ask for discounts however if a lady specifically writes on her site to not ask her & you still do it anyway it's a bit rude. That's how I feel about that.
