Just finished looking at Cityvibe board and for the life of me I can't understand why providers allow their locations to be put on map!  I would think this really sets them and us up for a police surveillance.
Any thoughts?

I think it is the website that is offering locations as a "feature" or comes part of the package.

I think most of the time, the website is going by the advertiser's IP address to post a location which is not very accurate unless you are using an iPad, iPhone or something similar.

Most of these locations are unreachable. Early in my hobbying days, I tried to track one down that was close to me. It was a public water access. Some are local landmarks as far as I can tell, too. Give these girls some credit.

i've seen 2 girls with maps on CV they were both 3-4 miles from map loc.
