I want to offer Incall but have no idea which place i should go to. Hotel ect.

Hotels are better for the hobbyist.  Most girls who do incall that way move around to different ones to avoid problems with hotel staff.  Some operate out of a business only appt.  Few do it out of their own home for safety reasons.
