Is turnabout fair play?

I, too, appreciate the comments offered up by RekatrednusM in her thread on the techniques of kissing. And I have to say that I consider her post to be a perfect and entirely appropriate use of an alias. Her post was helpful, fun and constructive, while the alias offered her protection from people who just can't tolerate any criticism.

In the same vein of constructive comment I would like to offer a couple thoughts for the ladies to consider. There's an immediate caveat, here. Guys don't sit around discussing kissing techniques so I can only speak for myself. If I'm way out of the norm someone should feel free to comment. Also, I do take care that my oral hygiene is good before I go into a session so I don't think that has affected my experiences. And obviously there are many women who have nothing to learn from these comments. But here are couple techniques I have encountered that did not endear.

The cavern

The lady willingly opens her mouth to whatever degree you like, but withdraws her tongue completely and won't let it out to play. You're left to explore an empty cavern. The only way to bring her tongue out of hiding is to give up and just kiss with open mouths. Then her tongue will come out just a bit to entice you, but as soon as you respond it's right back into hiding. You can lick her lips, or check her dentition for cavities, but eventually the temptation to just stick it in as far as you can and wave it around becomes strong. Possibly you could mount a lantern on the tip of your tongue and go spelunking for tonsils? To the extent RekatrednusM's barracudas are reacting to this sort of technique, I find them understandable.

The barrier

The lady's lips are open, but her tongue is flattened behind them in a barrier that cannot be penetrated by any reasonable pressure. Kissing is important but I don't insist upon DFK. I've had a very good time with ladies who want nothing more than LFK. But if her P411 profile says DFK and I encounter the barrier, I sort of wonder what she was thinking. It certainly gives one pause to wonder if the mouthwash just didn't work this time.

And a tongue trick for the ladies

In my experience, it is uncommon that a woman's tongue will venture beyond the line of her lips. Makes me wonder if there are guys out there who recoil in disgust when it happens. It is true that for purposes of pure procreation the woman's role is to be penetrated and the man's to penetrate, but we're not here for that, are we? I find it very exciting when a woman gets into the kiss enough to put her tongue in my mouth and duel with me. As for the barracuda tongue technique from a woman, on the two occasions it has happened to me the sheer surprise was enough to make it a thrill. Maybe if it happened all the time it would get old, but it doesn't.
