Serious new topic. Ho(Tori) that takes your money and run-

I'm sure some of you have seen her. Nice body, and can't stand cum touching her.  
Anyway, few months ago, she told me sob story about crashing her car into a tree. Since she does a lot of outcall, no car = no income.  She asked for $500 and promised to payback in one week. Being a fucking awesome Talon I gave her $500.  

Well it's been way more than a week now, heard many excuses.  Last one was, she was going to send me using Walmart.  I really didn't want to do this because it requires giving her my real identity.  She no longer reply to my text messages.  

Here are some of the options.
-Take a $500 lost and learn a fucking lesson to never lend money to hos again.
-Take her to small claims court.  Never done this before, but my be worth learning about the law. I have all the text message about her asking to lend $ and agreed to pay back.
-Do nothing
-Open to suggestions.

I predict "Thread closed." in the life of this thread.

small claims

Trouble with small claims is that it is up to you to collect.

We'll assume she doesn't bother to show up at court, you win by default.

Now you have to collect.  You have to know her real name to start.

I'm 100% confident I'll win regardless if she shows up or not.  Have text message about the temp loan and bunch of text saying she'll payback.  I know her real first and last name.

I also gave her that option to schedule an appointment with me when she's free, but it seems like she's always out of $ and can only do outcall.  No way in hell, would I do outcall to my house.

I have my own private list of the hot ladies, and NO not going to give it out, and I had people offering $ for it.  She would have been 7~8 in the looks department, service 5~6.  Her motto "Everything safe", cum touching her skin is like acid.

I'd say lesson learned

I too have helped out ladies that I had been seeing regularly but I never did it as a loan.  I only did it as prepayment for a future visit.  I always felt that if the gal was struggling with cash, that was not likely to change anytime soon so calling it a loan was the perfect setup for future disappointment. Needless to say, the gratitude shown during those future visits was WELL worth the risk!  But due to the fact that I was seeing these ladies regularly, the risk in my cases I felt was pretty small.

Sell your precious "list" to make up for the 500 lost.  Back to even!

sounds like you're too nice of a guy

take the loss and know that you should only borrow money to "friends" if you're perfectly fine never seeing it returned.

Ho!!! Karma will get her, karma always gets people like this......  Talon, I would say lesson learned... But do whatever makes you feel content!!! Is it worth the time & energy to sue her!!! Think blasting her on here is job well done!!

It's not so much about the money. I was dumb to just hand out $500 to pretty girl with sobbing story.  Would have felt better had I donated that $500 to feed 500 starving African children for one day.

Baby I am so sorry to hear that happen to you but we just need to say we make a mistake learn from our lesson.

So, she never ran into that tree... and never borrowed $500.
