Carmen used to be with Taylor's Elite in Miami, and had a few unflattering reviews under another name that escapes me right now. Unfortunately, Taylor's just blasted all their TER reviews, just in the last day or two. That's a bad sign...
Actually not... Taylor's has a great reputation and almost all of their travelers get great reviews. Within the past 2-3 days, ALL of their reviews disappeared from TER. I assume it was either a policy decision or an indication that something has gone awry in Miami.
The reviews (there were several) simply said that she seemed uninvolved/uninterested. She was Bianca with Taylor's, see link. She's not listed on her current directory page but her phot/bio pages are still there.
