I'm not trying to fan any flames given some of the recent posts here, but this should be of interest to all, including reputable providers.

this seems like a rarity or even a urban legend, again rumors abound.. I have a problem with the link, that was posted and the info that was allowed.  Do we really know for a FACT that this was taken to the COURTS?  Now a link to a public document would be a better way to inform us that this is a real occurance!

We come to this board for the good times mostly, but also for the protection we can offer each other by way of information.

Wow, is she ever hot looking.

This is a tremendous service you've provided with this heads-up.  With that look, she'd have generated a lot of interest and some poor schlub would have paid the price again.

Kudos, man.

Thanks for your comment and support, but it is all over TER now. I picked it up off of the NY board, where Thirsty re-posted it from LA.  Commentary varies on the different boards, with some people siggesting that there has to be more to it than meets the eyes, and others scared.  Still others think that there is some BS, and still others supporting the provider.  What that implies for me is keep your f---in head under cover.

Edit

Apparently staff has been able to confirm the veracity of the original message.  I assume that means they have been able to confirm the restraining order.

Perhaps someone with legal experience can give a more definitive answer but as far as I have ever heard a restraining order would be a matter of public record unless the court ordered it sealed for some reason.  Thus, it shouldn't be hard to verify.

talk about low life scum...nothing worse that a provider that does not know when to keep her pie hole shut and leave the family out out of it!

Hey guys, we have one in the twin cities that has done the very same thing in the last two months, she even has good reviews, her name is XXXXXXXXX, I think her pimp is driving her into doing some of this werid stuff. Let me know if you want more details.

I've seen XXXXXXXXX a number of times and never had anything remotely resembling a problem with her nor has anyone I've communicated with who has seen mention any problems.  I hope your evidence is rock solid.

I think a little more evidence is needed before we convict..........

As you say, evidence is the thing, but it's nearly impossible to prove, and usually comes off as a "he said, she said" flame war that goes no where.

All this really hits close to home for me.  In the past, I had a provider call my wife and "out" me, but what's the point in naming her when I know I  can't actually prove it to the satisfaction of the community.  In the end, I would just look like a trouble maker for having done it.

Under the circumstances, removing the name of the lady in question is highly appropriate IMHO.

I think it says a lot for TERs committment to safety in the community that they verified the story.
