There are places to get tested that are hobby friendly. You can pay between $300-$1000 for complete tests depending on how detailed you want to get. A provider should get tested every month and hobbyist should get tested every 3 months. In addition to blood tests you will need urine tests to detect other STDs such as Chlamydia and ghonorrea. Some tests are more accurate than others. There are 20 different STDs out there.

I have never had anything in all my years of working and I get tested evey 3 months. That is why wearing a condom is so important. I think you just have to look at the provider and see what you think of her cleanliness.

IMO, I would say you would have a better chance of
getting an STD from someone you pick up in a bar as opposed to a known provider.

It's good to know that there are other providers/gentlemen out there that know the importance of being "careful".  I wish that it could be easier to understand for those who criticize providers for being "covered" as if its a bad thing. Providers as well as a lot of the gentleman, have the pleasure of experiencing a variety of different company.  This is not to make anyone feel bad or offended by any means.
I am checked up regularly, and I am clean and sorry if it inconvenience any ones pleasure, but I plan to do whatever I can to stay healthy. This is just my two cents.
