Tried TCB last week and it was horrible.  Girl did not match her description, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, had not bathed before the appointment and the service was bad.  Almost felt like I was being punished!  

I had called them based on the favorable review of "Nikki", which closely matched Nikki of MGC.  They said no one named Nikki ever worked for them and they don't know why that review was posted.

I have cancelled my membership.  TER just has too many false or misleading reviews to be worthwhile.

twistedb maybe you did not do enough research on your date? was she an independent or with an agency?

I would NEVER see anyone on the basis of a single review. It could be self-promotion, or a lure by LE for a client sting, or even a mistake ... hey, sometimes guys call multiple agencies looking for a Lady - he might be confused about which one sent the Lady he eventually saw.

I only trust reviews on TER, or anywhere else, when there are multiple reviews that all tell at least a reasonably consistent story, or there is a single review by someone with a long record of good reviews.

There are a lot of bogus reviews here, but the same is true of other boards, so I think "caveat emptor" applies here as it does in so many places.

I agree with you, but for a pay as you go service, TER's rate of false, misleading, and just plain bad information and reviews is much too high.  If it was free and had no requirements, well, then no one can complain.

I had tried out a paid membership recently because of some good things I had heard about the service.

In this case it will not be 'buyer beware', cause I ain't buyin'!

While I am not a very active participant in the hobby - I have to tell you I have had no problems. All of the providers I have had the pleasure of being with have more then lived up to thier reviews.

Hopefully the ones I plan to see in the future will be the same.

As others have stated - if you only see one review - question it - but if you see many reviews that are very consistent - then I think you are going to do very well!!

I've visited many ladies based on the TER reviews and I've found that all of them were amazingly accurate.  So I will continue to read the reviews here on the board.
