Every lady is so different in her reasoning.  I started at $300.00 because when I started several years ago, TER wasn't that big on the East Coast and TBD was king.  Most popular touring girls were charging $350 - $500 and getting it in Boston, DC and Philly.  I figured I was new, had no reviews and needed to be a little under market to get things rolling.

As time progressed and gents got wiser, economy tanked and 9/11 prices started go down.  Supply was there but not the demand and ladies starting leaving the biz or dropping rates.  New ones came in at $250 - $300 so I kept my rates the same.

Some ladies, like myself, will offer prebook specials or discounted rates to regulars sometimes to get them to prebook if the market price is a little lower than their current rate.  It makes life easier when we arrive (especially if they they do everything on their own without an assistant).

Some ladies are dead set against discounts of ANY kind.  I am afraid that because we are all so different in our thought process and personalities that you will not get a set answer :(  There isn't one.  Just letting ya know what worked for me :)
Happy Hobbying :)

How do ladies set their prices?  I've had mind blowing service for $150 and ripoff, indifferent service for $300.

The biggest factor seems to be age.  College age=higher price and worse service.
