I spoke with one of Santa's helpers and arranged an appt with her today. In the phone  conversation I gave directions and my cell #.  Now 3.5 hours after our arranged time still nothing.

Does this happen often?  Do I give the benefit of the doubt that something came up? Or do I disclose who it is?

You never know - she may end up saying "I am so sorry, how can I ever make it up to you?" Sweetest words I've ever read.

Sad to say, it happenes more than we would like it to.  I would give the provider the benefit of the doubt and call/email her to find out what happened

Worst caase you save some $$$ for another provider that you may have a better time with.  Good call on NOT naming the lady.

upon further review it was a case of a miscommunication.  I didn't get the hsotility from some, but after looking through this site some more I see the concern on the alias.

It's not anyone you would think it is.  Anyway, I am not that obvious
