Newbie has a?...Yeah, yeah, I know I know

There's the Faq for newbies thing, but wanted to hear from the locals..... If there's one thing that's been reitterated over and over on newbie board it's never EVER talk about sex with provider.(I guess it's common sense when it comes to LE) Question is, if you can't talk about it at all, then how do you get what you want? While many providers are very beautiful, I doubt any are phsycic. How do I let her know what I'm looking for, either before or during the session? Other ? is are most providers rates all inclusive? I put off getting into this hobby for a long time because I thought it would be a lot more expensive. Most I've seen tend to be in $$ - $$$.5 range (per hour). I figured that was just to get in the door followed by a lot of upselling, but from reviews it seems that may not be the case. Hope to hear from some of the local vets.     FYI this is one of the most useful web sites I've ever come across!
