How about at least setting up an auto-reply?  It could say something like "I'm all booked up for the week so please try back later." or "I'm overwhelmed by the email response.  If I don't get back to you in X days please try again."  Some kind of response at least.

One thing I appreciate is a provider who is
responsive to email or voice mail inquiries.

Whether it is convenient to set up an appointment
is a factor in my decision to continue seeing
a provider as much as what happens during the
appointment.

I have no problem with complying with any screening
requirements. But what I hate is sending an initial
email and getting no response at all.

Especially when a provider gives an email, they ought
to reply within a reasonable amount of time, say 48
hours.  It's just good business practice.

Some local providers are very good about replying to
email (Misty, Redhead, Catherine, Alantra are good examples
that come to mind).  

Others not so good.  

So ladies please make it easier for all of us.  Answer your email, even if its to tell us you are not available.

I will be the first to admit that I haven't returned some e-mails and some calls. Right now is because I am not working and in the past it's because I get REAL over whelmed. I do tend to run real good specials and I do book up pretty fast. Sometimes I just can't keep up. When I do come back, I will make a Big effort to try to return everyone's e-mail or call. Thanks for reading. Also please keep in mind that, If I don't answer my phone or a e-mail I am usually with a hobbyist.

I can't say that I completely agree with your example list and other message threads on this board would tend to back me up.  Conversely, I would say no one is more responsive than RedHead.      That would be both before and during the appointment.
