I have now twice submitted reviews for Victoria but they have not been posted. As per the moderators advice, I tried to contact TER but have not received a reply. Folks, this is cheating her and you out of a fantastic review. I suspect the reason my reviews have not been posted is because I am not yet a VIP member and these reviews would put me in that category. Anyway, Victoria is a lovely, beautiful and intelligent provider. Do yourself a favor...

You're not alone in your suspicion. This has happened to me a number (4) of times, with reviews of Misty, Nora, and Tuzdae. I attempted the contact-TER route once, but had the same stonewalling results.
I had considered becoming a VIP member, but got no reasonable explanation as to why this was happening, so...
