I live part-time in Brussels and have spent a fair amount of time in Germany.  The FKK's can't be beat - nothing like them in the world.  The International forum on the link has some good info.

When you arrive in Frankfurt take the train to Frankfurt Main.  Walk straight out the main entrance, across the street, and 1 block to your left.  3 Blocks of brothels.
