I'm surprised no one has answered you. You seem to have a grasp on bourbon and scotch. Making an assumption you don't already have these, I'd add Four Roses, Koval, Blantons, W.L. Weller 12 Year, and Pappy to your bourbon list. Your scotch list is good. Lapraoig is too peaty for me its like drinking a tire fire for me. I thnk you may like Bruichladdich. Once the winter is over, gin comes back into season so Hendricks, Ford, Aviation, and Roku are good. Many people think vodka is vodka but there are differences. Look at Purity, Woody Creek, and if you can find it ZU Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka.
Although I do not drink often, I tend to curate the offerings on my bar cart, as well as my cocktail menu by the season for dates. With it being winter, I have a good mixture of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch whisky on my bar cart. Albeit, Laphroaig is my go to and Glenlivet is my second, with Woodford being a nice bourbon back up so I always have those on the bar cart. However, I was looking at my bar cart and noticed my selection isn't that... diverse.
As a means to diversify and start thinking ahead to brainstorming some some spring cocktail offerings, what should I have on the bar? From vodka to gin, tequila to cognac, bourbon to scotch, wine to champagne, what should I absolutely add to my bar cart?
Side bar: I know this is the Midwest and we have a reputation for being heavy drinkers because "what else is there to do up here" but thank you to those of you who mention that you are avoiding alcohol before a date. The heads up is very kind!
