Let's be level headed about this! first of all the source of the story is The Womens press(if you don't believe me look at it on the link below) it seems a little sensationalized if you ask me, also where are any specific references to CityPages or TCU, those are local, (ok, not really, I know the parent company is New York based - whatever!)and eros in national, so it stands to reason you can find the eros name tossed around abit in the news.
I was at the Ripley Bar that night they got it, and to watch how that story was super-sized and sensationalized by our local media (and some posters on this site!)compared to the facts of that situation, makes me question the impact that this story would have on our local hobby!

I always wonder about sources, so I found this link. BTW, I know a Russian stripper and I've often wondered how she came to be here in the Twin Cities.

LE is going to take reports of women being smuggled in and forced to work in the sex industry a lot more seriously than regular escorting, as they should.  Even if it's not really happening that much, they will look into it because they don't want to have to explain why they didn't think reports of what amounts to slavery were worth checking out.  If they raid someplace, even if there is no coercion going on there, I don't think they are going to just let everyone they sweep up in the bust walk away.  Everyone will get charged.  I know I don't want to be anywhere near that.

I actually am thankful for your post, I am far more worried about LE that STD! I welcome any such info, or rumors, or hunches, or thoughts, or opinions, or even "feelings" on the subject. at the very least, it makes for a good spring board for a search. So I hope You didn't think I was on the attack, I was only trying to bring balance.  It's just that I'm the kind of chicken-$hit guy that would probably trample women and children on my way to the exit if you yelled "FIRE!" in a crowded theater!
