There's a Twin Cities chat room.

How do we get to the chat room?  I guess if I look around I'll find it, but JIC I don't find it.

1.  On the main TER menu, there's a "On-line Chats" button

2.  Once you get to the chat menu, the first button is "Chat Rooms"

3.  The next screen isn't all that intuitive;  At the bottom of the text is bold letters "Click here to enter TER Chat" but it doesn't "look" like a button.

4.  Assuming all is well with your browser and Java, a seperate Chat window should pop up, with your TER screen name filled in.  Now everything else occurs in this pop-up, not in the TER web window.  Click "Enter".  I'm not sure if you can close the main TER window--some java apps die when their parent browser window is closed.  I'd just minimize the TER window.

5.  Click on the "Twin Cities" button, press enter again, and you're rockin.

I can't get you all the way into the chat, but I can get you past steps 1 and 2 by clicking the attached link.

The Twin Cities chat is members only.  Maybe we should meet in the TER Lounge so all can attend?

I would really like it if we met in the TER Lounge.  I will check in a little earlier that 10:00.  I will be fun.

I would like the TER Lounge...I'll be a bit late in getting into the chat if it starts at 10pm...later would be better for me if anyone else is interested otherwise I'll join when I can

Sad to say..but I am in my pajamas and off to sleep by 10pm on the majority of nights. I was up at 6:30 this morning, so tonight I will be in bed by 10. Have fun everybody

Hell, I just wish I was Lisa, and I'd just stay home alone and say the hell with the chat!  ;^)

FYI: I wear a little pink tank top (no bra), and little pink pajama bottoms with white sheep on them Sweet Dreams...

Sounds like the plan is to use the TER Lounge.  (I didn't know that the local rooms were VIP member only).

Does anybody know if this is supposed to be run by the admins?  I'm just curious if others will be put off by our "storming the Bastille" en masse and monopolizing the room.
