Three people are now in custody following a prostitution bust at a Rochester Hotel.

An 18-year-old female is being charged with engaging in prostitution after arriving at a hotel for a prearranged date yesterday.

Rochester police arrested her along with 39-year-old XXXX and 38-year-old XXX on counts of promoting prostitution.

All three people live outside of Southern Minnesota, but remain in custody at Olmsted County Jail

I agree. I was trying to be cynical, but it must have been too subtle. I doubt like hell she is choosing to do this freely as so many here claim about themselves. I want a much greater punishment for the pimps than her.

...into doing these things by these older guys to avoid prosecution under prostitution laws. Even though she was an adult and perfectly able to make decisions for herself, it's highly likely she entered into this arrangement freely as a lark and to make some extra money. LE is really unlikely and hesitant to pursue prostitution charges against a woman if they have reason to believe that she was trafficked. This doesn't appear to be the case in this instance. They apparently have some info that we're not aware of. None of these individuals should be prosecuted for anything illegal. We are stardust, we are golden...
