It's been a long time since I've frequented Massage ladies. I've seen one a couple/more times and things went very well. The last time I saw her the beni's weren't there. I asked her and she straight up said that I wasn't taking care of her. Opps!!! I don't know what the hell is wrong with me. I know better than that, and had actually told her I was going to bring her something extra the last time I was there. And don't you know, this time I forgot about it again. I felt sooo horrible I ran right out and grabbed a pretty good tip for her and ran back in. I used to go for 1hr appointments and tipping didn't seem to difficult for me. But lately I've been doing 90min sessions. What is a good tip for mutual oral sessions

Tips are not necessary but appreciated, of course!

Tips are not something that should be expected. If she wants more money for what she does she needs to adjust her rate, not take it out on you for not tipping enough.

What are peoples thoughts on the amounts? A normal 90min session is $220. Is $40 good?

I'd say it depends on the establishment.
40 is a bit steep for just a H.E. at an AMP ( that's just my opinion, not speaking for anyone else ).
for an independent that's charging upwards of 150, I'd say don't bother unless it's for outstanding service.
I'll also agree that it was tacky of her to say  
" You aren't taking care of me." as if she's demanding a tip.  
Tipping should never be expected in any field .

$60 to $100 ... I'm not saying its the going rate and imo a bit high but I think she figures you owe her big time for no or little tips.
