I agree with you. I don't think I will find a replacement of what I had, but I would like to meet a provider that can pretend like I am the only one. That's just an excellent customer service I guess, and when someone is very happy, you get rewarded. I know majority of providers won't date their hobby friends, but we can still be friends.
I did ask recommendations from my lady friend, but none of them I fancy.
Yes, nine years is a long time. I met her when she was 20, and we met almost once a week since. I practically was her sugardaddy. I have my own family; so I knew all along that the relationship would end one day, but it still hurt because you lost a very good friend.

The off-the-clock activities (as described by yourself) are quite unusual.
In my experiences, the clock is an ever-present dimension. For example, the last provider I met had an alarm clock that went off at the conclusion of our 90 minute session.
In any case, -- after thinking about your situation a bit -- perhaps your best bet to replicate things with a new provider is to have your former provider share everything (all the things that make you happy, loyal, generous and returning every week) with your yet to be identified future provider.
I can't think of many local, veteran providers that would not want to bank a virtually guaranteed donation over the course of years. Thus, you are perhaps the gold-standard for a client.
If you don't mind the feeling of being played-to, then a surrogate provider may be able to take the place of your treasured provider.
It is unfortunate that none of your provider's recommendations proved inviting. Good Luck!
I've had a couple of ladies I saw for multiple years that either left the business or are in an area I don't visit anymore. We're still Facebook friends... maybe not the best idea. Anyway, I don't think you can try to replace that directly. Just visit a few ladies that look interesting to you and see if you hit it off. If you do, a few more visits and you may be on your way. Just don't come on too strong too quickly. While I'm sure all the ladies like regulars, no one wants a stalker. 
That said, I've had the pleasure of seeing a few ladies in MN over the last year - 4 in the last few months - that are all GFE and all worth seeing. None have offered any off the clock activities (nor do I expect them to), but they've been great experiences and people I'd like to see again and again.
I think it is something that just happens over time....you cannot go looking for it.

My ATF got married this summer and she moved to Canada last weekend. We were very close. We were like in a real relationship; no clock watching, often met for lunch between her appointments, went shopping together. She gave me the ultimate GFE that no one would. I have not seen other providers for almost 9 years; so now I don't know who the best and the most trusted providers are in town. The search has begun, but I am too lazy and too cheap for trial and error. I've looked up some of the MN providers on TER like Erin Lee, Natalie Chambers but I am not convinced. Who are the best providers? Who does offer GFE? There are million reviews of providers out there, and I need to narrow down. So please advise me who I should see.

Since you're not sharing names, I won't tell you my past ATF!!! Maybe yours, maybe not?
......in the quote you talk about being practically a sugar daddy to your former ATF. Maybe you should consider a sugar daddy/sugar baby (sd/sb) relationship. Some of us have had success with this form of relationship. It lets you have more exclusive access for a fixed rate each month. There is generally no clock and activites such as dinners out and shopping (with you buying, of course) are common. There are several sites that promote these relationships, some are scams but a couple of them are quite good. PM me for details. Like the hobby, not for everyone, but it is an alternative for some.

There are many top notch providers in the MSP area. While your situation seems a bit unique, I'm fairly confident that you'll find a local lady who can meet your needs.
Read reviews, pay attention to detail, and exercise your wallet.
Without any idea of what sort of woman to whom you are most attracted, it is difficult to give you informed opinions. If you narrow it down some, you can get better answers. Even so, some trial and error is almost guaranteed.
...I met the girl 9 years ago when she was 20. We met average 3 times a month which about 325 times by now. So I guess she really considered me as a friend or at least as a trusted regular.
As for the off-the-clock activities, these were more like when her TV broke, and she needed a new one; so we went to Costco to buy a new TV (of course I had to pay for it), or when she graduated from college, we went shopping for a set of pearl earings. Since my work close to her place in Edina/Bloomington area, my girl usually asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with her, and of course I paid for these too. So again, the relationship I had with her was beyond the usual one. It took years to get to this point, and it sucks big time that I have to start over now.
BTW, I will not to reveal the identity of my former provider. She is retired, and she has a family now. I respect her greatly.
And start meeting some of our marvelous MSP providers.

Remember, dude, you are in the drivers seat on this one, do the math, you are like a frigging annuity for some lucky girl who wins the prize, so unless you are a total gargoyle devoid of any charm whatsoever I would suggest this; dive into and relish the variety out there, do some repeats with those you really dig, make it clear what you want and trust you will find it if you invest the effort in the field research. The marketplace is a wonderful little thing that has a magical way of satisfying demand, and it will eventually for you.

You also can't expect others to eliminate the trial and error process that it requires to know if you have chemistry with another provider. Just one of the hazards of this hobby, our friends have changes in their lives and move on.
You may not want to say it in public, even though we don't know you or her, but I suspect you mean bbfs when you say "She gave me the ultimate GFE that no one would".
You may find over a period of time, with the right provider, that if you spend that kind of money and want an exclusive arrangement (after you shop for her for a few months) you will get that kind of special service.
