This info is not my contribution, but excerpts lifted from private conversations from a retired provider.   There is some redundancy as these are from multiple conversations.  It is her suggestion that I share this info.

Eros no longer allows personal websites links on their advertisements. This happened sometime after Eros was raided by DHS (around November 10th, 2017), and after Flawless Escorts got busted - 2018?. If I recall, Flawless left their ad online with a direct link to their agency website - www.flawlessescorts.com. When you clicked on their website link, a message from the DHS appeared. That's around the time when Eros banned all personal website URL's and any wording that alluded to an outside or personal site. Only links to social media are allowed on Eros's ads (social media is moderated). Go to the providers social media page, and you will see a paperclip symbol: Linktree. Linktree allows links to multiple websites including a personal website, P411 URL, Amazon wish list, etc. Eros has very limited content on their advertisements compared to years ago. For same day ad fast ad posts, providers can only post photos and contact information. Check archive.org/ The Wayback Machine and you may be able to see the old version of Eros back in the day.

Yw. I saw the thread here when I was googling about Eros. Would make sense why people are saying Eros is working with the government hand and glove (another thread on TER, 2020?) The ads are obviously being reviewed by an attorney or someone who's looking for signs of illegal activity. If a provider violates their publishing standards (ex: posts GFE services), they will ban her. Providers cannot publish any text changes like touring dates, rates - it must go through production and can take up to 48 hours to update touring dates. A provider has to almost give her blood or DNA to get a photo published which is why advertisers keep using the same pics. Must provider a full length photos with a clear picture of the face or original proof, same outfit or from the photoshoot set up for comparison. There's also threads about Eros on Reddit and Quora, similar topic. I screen for other providers now. Feel free to post some of this information in the forums. You don't have to mention my name. I think viewers should be aware of what's going on with Eros. Otherwise the ads do look a little fishy.

 I screen for other providers from time to time. I stopped advertising on Eros for the most part. Too hard to post new content, make changes to the ads, turnaround times. I know a provider who spent 500 dollars on an Eros Diamond ad in advance and couldn't get her photos and text approved after resubmits for 30 days so she lost they money as Eros has no refund policy. Eros will not tell advertisers why their ad was rejected. It's all very strange, which is why many ladies are switching to Tryst.link. Once approved on Tryst, advertisers can change and publish their content at any time, in minutes.

Photographers are not too happy with Eros because they will reject photos that are photoshopped in the panty area. Eros claims that the photographer is covering his mistakes and they do not allow the genitalia to be visible in any photos on their ads. It has to do with a law: Title 18 - 2257 or 2257. Just a hassle to post new content on Eros. Providers keep using Eros because they have top rankings in Google for almost any kind of keyword search related to escorts, city and state. But an attorney on Just Ask (online) referred to Eros as being run by shady people, hard to track down. Legally, Eros must provide a refund if they agree to provide a service for an advertisement that was paid in advance and did not honor the agreement. I believe it has to do with a contract law, consumer protection.

Ask other providers about the information I relayed to you. They should agree.

Multiple issues getting photos approved on Eros which is why providers keep using the same ad photos or have given up altogether. Providers say that Tryst.link is working like hotcakes because they can change and publish their content immediately, less hassles.

You have altered/Photoshopped your photo to cover the problem area.
The unapproved parts of your photos have been blurred or photoshopped to try to cover them.
Don't try to fix the photo. Eros can tell if the image has been edited.

Your pubic area is not entirely covered, even if nothing is showing.
Your skin or pubic hairs are showing through your panties/bottoms.
Yes, this disqualifies almost all lingerie panties.

Take from this what you'd like, I found it pretty interesting how things have changed and continue to change in response to changes in legislation and LE enforcement activity.

How much longer can EROS stay in business with such policies?

Looks like they have a viewership that providers think it's worthwhile.  As I've said before, it's lost something and for me, is hardly worth a look anymore.  When lurking, the 2 priority sites I would check into was Eros, then TER to verify who may be of interest in seeing as many of them were on both.  

As EROS becomes harder for providers to use and ultimately less useful to clients, at some point sites like Tryst.link will have enough traffic that more people will feel comfortable abandoning EROS.  What I'm wondering is how long that will take.  As it is, I seldom look at EROS at all and it seems to me when I scan through reviews that EROS is significantly less common in profiles than it was.

Eros will be around as long as providers see a return for their dollars. There are enough potential clients see the adds and the glossy pictures and move forward. Many readily giving personal info and down payment.  
My memory may be wrong but as many adds here on Eros as three or four years ago. The difference is lack of local providers are down but replaced by touring providers and providers with phone number only/
Personally would never see a provider from Eros without reviews here and am sure others feel the same.  
In the old days did not have to look at Eros but used BP and P411 with this site.

Right but how long will that be?  I took a quick look at the ads on both sites for Minnesota and what I came up with is 50 for EROS in Minnesota while Tryst.link showed 258 in or near the Twin Cities.

Sure, you may have problems getting photos changed on Eros but I would bet  half the provider photos are fake .  No matter how they vet photos it doesnt mean that they check to make sure theyre not fake. Especially the traveling providers and eliminating the link to a website makes it easier to scam people.  Established providers charging big bucks will usually have a website  while scammers wont. I saw a Eris provider with fake photos, I notified EROS about it and got no reply. For the last 3 Summers she travels to MN, posts an ad on Eros and uses fake photos.  She likes the state fair.
